Sittr

Warning This is only half written, be nice. Post graduation I moved back home with my family in Poole, and ever since I have been helping out wherever I can, including by walking the dog. Jake is a 6 year old golden retriever who we like to say was bred for his looks, not his intelligence. He needs a lot of attention and walking, and thats partly why I decided to build Sittr.

LIDR

Having just finished watching Severance season 2 and being more than a little disappointed by the arbitrary and sudden ending (I don’t watch enough shows to be used to cliffhangers), I wanted to do something with the strange feeling the abruptness of the ending gave me.

On Online Content Moderation

Some written work This essay was part of my “Professional Skills” module at uni. The task was to write a sub 2k word essay on any IT/CS topic we liked. While most people went for topics like blockchain, AI, or their favorite programming language, I decided to scar myself by learning about filthy work that keeps our doom scrolling beheading free (unless you use instagram reels). Read at your own digression - topics include self harm, torture, serious bodily harm, traumatic events, and exploitation of the 3rd world.

Celebrant

In january 2025 I had the opportunity to attend my cousin’s wedding in New Zealand. I have family there, and since the 18th of Jan, more family there.

Being a new grad

I have never been any good at writing, especially about myself, but since graduating I have had a lot of time to kill make things, and now I want to write about it
